Pros
There is ample parking with a lot surrounding the building and two multi-level garages. Also, the Green Line has a T stop directly beside the building. Company specific there are zero pros.
Cons
Nonexistent leadership, out of touch managers, ridiculously politically correct working environment, performance review scores kept to mediocre ratings group wide as a matter of policy (and regardless of individual merit) to legitimize non-existent to below inflationary yearly salary increases…
Also, the company has been bought out every year or so for the last several years with the constant changing of hands leading to massive layoffs (for example the entire IT department was outsourced to a foreign company recently) not to mention the market confusion of constant branding changes and a schizoid corporate mission and culture.
If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be expected to work unpaid overtime as a salaried employee but where you’ll have zero opportunity to get ahead despite your hard work and best efforts…than DTZ is the place for you.
