19th century factory mentality: - People's needs are not a concern for the management - Expressing your opinions is not well received - Days off, even when you have 12hr+ accumulated, can be allowed but will be frowned upon - Management does not trust the workers to work from home - it only allows to do so due to the government constraints Problematic IT management: - Manipulative and vindictive personality - Huge ego - Workers are targeted if they question management decisions or claims - Very weak leadership skills and software knowledge Other stuff: - Some partners don't seem to care if the project goes forward or not - management leaves it to researchers to solve this issue and magically continue with the project - Terrible lights that hurt your eyes and gives you headaches
