      Some good colleagues and strong technical knowledge.

      Cons

      Multiple cons: 1) The CEO. 2) Unless you are a sales person, you a persona non grata. 3) Poor, poor senior leadership. 4) Decisions made and then reversed multiple times in short periods of time. 5) No direction.

      Pros

      An ESOP company - benefit plan that gives workers ownership interest in the company. How great is that? Very good benefits with generous PTO AND paid holidays. Invests in its associates - opportunities to grow and the tools to do so. Interested in the health and well-being of its associates. Inclusive and great core values. Opportunities to win prizes and fun events.

      Cons

      DVL is an advocate of work-life balance. If work and work only is your desire, this will be a con.
