Sometimes good, sometimes bad - Anonymous employee DVM Management Employee Review

Honestly, the only positive thing I can say about working here is the salary was good and the owner was flexible with my schedule.

I would not advice anyone to work here. It is very poorly managed and the owner is very inconsistent with policy's and procedures. He will change a procedure at anytime so that it benefits him. He doesn't follow through with promises and does not obey laws. I was treated well until the day I stood up and refused to lie to a client. Once he decides he doesn't like you he will make your work life hell. If you are a hard worker who likes to be appreciated by their employer this is not the place for you. Trust me it is not a good place to work.

Good Pay, Nice Clients, Interesting Work

I would caution anyone from leaving a job to come to DVM Management. The turnover for new employees is very high, maybe 1 in 8 will make it and not get fired in the first 3 months. Candidates are not well screened and may not have the skills for the job. There is no commitment from management for training or staff development.
