      Pros

      Flexible with schedule under management is great to work with.

      Cons

      pay owner care about himself not employees. Talks down to you After Leaving I found out the company has a bad rep in the industry. no Vacation time given. Accrue time up to one week. Even if you have been there for over 10 years.

      DWS has a very good reputation with all of our clients. DWS encourages everyone to take their leave and give an extra 3 day leave after 3 years and an extra weeks leave after 5 years with the company. DWS gives a $20000.00 bonus after ten years service.       The owner is awful. Warehouse employees are lazy and dumb. Just bad leadership all around
