The margin and flow is too low to retain the clients. Their products are antique and ironically allege valuable. There are neither experienced and early career talents. There are many germans assigned by head office to screw up and politicize US office without US experience. The headquarter is desperate to control freedom of speech and culture is toxic. The education background of most hired people and head office are low. For aspiring candidates, you should never apply.
