Pros
DX is the best place I’ve ever worked, and I don’t say that lightly. I feel genuinely lucky to have found a company where the work is meaningful, the people are sharp and kind, and the leadership actually leads with clarity and purpose. The in-office culture is a big part of what makes it special — there’s real energy and collaboration when we’re together, but it’s never rigid. I still have the flexibility I need to live a full life outside of work, and that balance has made a huge difference for me. We work hard, but it doesn’t feel like a grind. I’m excited about what we’re building and proud of the impact we’re making. There’s a strong sense of trust and ownership here that makes it easy to stay motivated.
Cons
Every company has challenges, especially such a fast-growing one, but nothing here feels out of line. Things move fast, and sometimes that can be a lot, but communication is solid and people are willing to adapt and help each other.
