Great work environment and company culture

There are no cons, loved working here

Great management and the owners are fabulous. They treat their employees fairly and with respect. Every employee feels included in the company and the schedule is reasonably flexible. Pay is fair and the benefits are reasonable.

I don't feel like there are any serious cons of working here. Because it is a small company Da Vinci does not offer some of the benefits that larger companies offer but it is on par with other companies of its size.
