Pros

- Some of the best sales training out there - The money potential is very real (seems rare for a first year rep to make under $50k) - Office culture and coworkers were great - Supervisors were always willing to train, coach, and assist - Pretty easy to request days off if done in advance - Working same days of the week every week

Cons

- Little work/life balance due to unpredictable daily schedule - Sometimes takes weeks to get paid for a sale due to the process - Lots of driving with out-of-pocket expenses - Post-appointment phone calls with management are mixed, but occasionally unprofessional and demoralizing - Tuesday to Saturday work week
