      The plant manager is nice

      Cons

      Everything else!! The pay is horrible, you do the same thing everyday, coworkers are lazy. New employees make more money than people that have been there for 20+ years

      Incredibly flexible semester to semester with college schedule.

      Cons

      Lots of lateral moves. Pay raises come with time, not by taking on more responsibility.
