Pros
The people that are not in upper management are great to work with. Money was decent but it became very obvious that money was their way to treat you awful and make it hard for you to find something else.
Cons
It seems like a great opportunity at first, but you will find that the company is full of unhappy people. Management does things that are borderline illegal. Absolutely no flexibility-- no sick days, no personal time, very limited vacation time that you have to plan a year in advance. There was not one point while I was there that I felt like my superiors cared about me as an employee or as a person. It is not tough to make me happy, but I was the most unhappy I have ever been while working there. It's sad because they get some really great people in there but they are treated so poorly that they have no choice but to find another job.
