Best job ever - Customer Service Associate Dairy Queen Employee Review

The boss was incredibly wonderful to work for. Kind, understanding, flexible, generous, balanced with effective leadership.

I don't really have any cons.

I have nothing nice to say here.

we were promised raises within a couple months, from a whole $10 to $10.50. Never happened, if anything we were constantly threatened with docked pay, being threatened they would make us work for minimum wages while workers who worked there before us almost made double what we did and they were the ones training us. I had a coworker who had worked there for almost 2 years and no raise, he ended up only getting $10 back of taxes. When our ice cream machines went out, not only was the manager on the floor no where to be seen but the district and general manager both purposefully ignored phone calls after we followed chain of commands. Oh and don't join if you need insurance or help because they will seriously laugh in your face.
