Remote working even before COVID (but not full time)
You'll get opportunities to propose solutions if you are able to explain and defend them
Cons
You'll have to create your own backlog as management has no idea of what you are doing
No communication at all from management about how the company is doing (saw one in 4 years)
Low salary with no extra (no health insurance, no REER, ...)
No technical lead so technical decisions can be sometimes difficult to obtain if no consensus in the team
No extra activities during working hours
Almost no extra activities during not working hours except Christmas party which is boring (nothing really organized, you're just here with others drinking beers)
CEO will announce every year multiple activities for the whole year but nothing will really happen
Some people will receive the only present of the company (Christmas party gift card) from the CEO but some will not for no reason
