You'll have to create your own backlog as management has no idea of what you are doing No communication at all from management about how the company is doing (saw one in 4 years) Low salary with no extra (no health insurance, no REER, ...) No technical lead so technical decisions can be sometimes difficult to obtain if no consensus in the team No extra activities during working hours Almost no extra activities during not working hours except Christmas party which is boring (nothing really organized, you're just here with others drinking beers) CEO will announce every year multiple activities for the whole year but nothing will really happen Some people will receive the only present of the company (Christmas party gift card) from the CEO but some will not for no reason

Management trust you to do the work so you can voice your solutions. 2 week sprints without too much red tape, this is great. Good team communication and collaboration. We work on next generation ecommerce solutions using new technologies, love it!

This is a great company but not VC funded so if you are looking for all the hype, this is not the place. Come to dakis for a great job and a great work environment.
