1-sometimes I think the senior management are trying too hard to to be perceived in a way far from the truth. 2-Pay levels for operational and core functions staff (all the valued adding). 3-non adding value staff (as A project Manager) , most of the projects (especially at DAL Food) Don't add value only waste of resources. (white elephant projects) 4-things move slow , Company bureaucracy , you need a whole week sometimes to meet department head or senior manager. 5-dissconection between strategy and Lower levels. 6- Lack of Management commitment to drive progress , due to politics sometimes. 7-Expats , Most of the expats are holding positions can be filled with locals for much less pay.
