      Company benefits is quite good Learn alot of things Off peak working hours Children are cuteeeee

      Cons

      You are more than customer service, you are also Administrative, Stocks counter, Class Scheduler, Nanny, Cleaner Have to deal with some of the horrible children Lunch & Dinner time is inconsistent

      Very disorganised management and 99 % of the leaders are all foreig. No career advancement unless one knows how to butter up

      Good environment for teachers to grow. A lot of enrichment opportunity and good communication within the teacher and director.

      Cons

      Weekend was occupied with work as there usually have more class during weekend.
