Used to be a great company to work for - Project Manager Dandara Employee Review

The company became increasingly driven by profit rather than building a good product. Blame culture passed down from senior directors. Other departments (sales and commercial) given incentives to find fault with the construction department. Very cliquey, construction department not looked on the same as commercial department. Micro-managing of staff. Bullying. Directors emailing out of hours and expecting responses. The last 2 years of my experience at Dandara were miserable. Cheaper and cheaper products to be used to build houses whilst still expecting to get ridiculous prices. New directors brought in that just want 'yes men'!
