pays well Lots of overtime

Cons

uninterested in retention I saw over 15 drivers come and be let go after me poor management and communication always had to double check everyone else job. trucks and warehouse are in poor condition loose debris and hanging wires from the ceiling. Nothing about the job is explained or available for you or management left in the dark about all policiesand who makes decisions.

Pros

Coworkers are friendly. Hours are nice.

Cons

Very repetitive, stuck on the same job all day long, which is very hard on the hands. Little to no overtime opportunities. They do not promote from within like they claim. You could be a good worker and apply for a higher paying position there and they will still hire someone off the street without even giving you a thought. They pick and choose who to develop. The job description is very misleading.
