Pros

- Opportunities for career growth & upward mobility - Access to the leadership/executive team - Company leadership cares about employee wellbeing and long-term growth and is actively involved day-to-day operations - Great peers and office environments - Individual and team accomplishments are recognized and celebrated frequently - Opportunities to travel and work on-site at the festivals - Opportunity to be part of a truly independent company in the music business

Cons

None come to mind. This is a fast-paced, high-stakes company, and passion for the work is a must. Employees who work hard, manage their time well, and feel comfortable asking questions/seeking support when needed are provided with the tools they need to succeed.

Pros

Collaboration & Support - there is a built-in team support and shared responsibility, ability to learn from coworkers and collaborate on ideas. Culture & Community - sense of belonging and shared purpose, culture, events, and team-building opportunities are a blast! Work-Life Harmony - team is encouraged to take time off when needed, remote work is also an option on Fridays. Growth and Development - there are many opportunities for career advancement and the exposure to different teams, projects, and leadership styles are other ways to grow within the role.

Cons

Traffic - unfortunately something that is part of living in LA, but the commute can be challenging. Workload & Burnout - the risk of burnout during busy seasons is common in the industry, but then again the result is worth it. Compensation Limits - raises and bonuses are loosely awarded without structure, however this is in the works to change to a more merit based system.
