Nice office, flexible hours. Management and colleagues try to do the best to help you out. Overall a good environment to work.
Cons
Systems and ways of working are old-fashioned (in some areas of the bank). The feeling of bureaucracy is strong. A lot of employees are working in the bank for decades, change positions, and are not necessarily qualified or have experience from other companies.
