Pros
Family owned. They deeply care personally about those that are close to them. The rest can be assumed to just be happy with what they have. The want is there but the reality isn’t. Try to be an insider.
Cons
Ownership flaunts wealth in front of us that make less than market average. Walking past $300,000 cars in the parking lot while making less and working 10 hour days. Human resources and legal are non existent. Owners making decisions based on no experience. No work life balance. React to needs and doesn’t inspire creativity and growth.
