Pros
The only good thing i can say is that atleast it was close to home.
Cons
From the outside, this company tries to look polished and respectable. On the inside, it’s a slow-motion train wreck of mismanagement, control, and petty office politics. The admin team spends more time gossiping than leading, creating a workplace where backstabbing isn’t a problem—it’s a feature. Safety rules and OSHA compliance are treated as optional inconveniences, and employee well-being is simply not on the agenda. The culture is built on surveillance and punishment. Cameras with audio in break rooms make sure you never truly get a break, while “time management” policies are used like a weapon: a few minutes late? Pay docked. Hours of extra work? Not even a thank you. If management decides they don’t like you, they’ll drown you in impossible workloads until you either quit or fail. Respect is nonexistent, recognition is a myth, and trust doesn’t survive your first week. If you value your health, dignity, or basic self-respect, keep walking. This place will grind you down and act like you should be grateful for it.
