Extremely professional and willing to be taught by the system if you are open to system
Cons
Demanding workload, juniors are less in numbers than seniors which makes the stress and the working hours sometimes unbearable. Juniors are sometimes overlooked which is frustrating since they are the people pulling the weights of the projects.
