Pros
- decent benefits - its a more of a high volume kitchen so most slackers throw in the towel within the month - they usually work around your hours
Cons
- management like any other job - moving up isn't a choice unless a manager quits or leaves - not much required to get the job so you meet interesting people - sometimes you feel like a 'lifer'
