      - free food - incredible venues - staff are great

      Cons

      - they underpay you and then avoid you/gas light you if you question it - they will talk about you behind your back - they don’t acknowledge you - stressful environment - they just genuinely don’t care about you - they hire gorgeous immigrants from overseas and then underpay them, it was awful to watch - they speak poorly of the customers behind their back

      Work colleagues are awesome people

      Cons

      Upper management is disgusting. They hire you below your level and then get you working on higher level stuff. The amount of overwork and pressure is absolutely ridiculous. Very badly organised. Constantly understaffed and with more work being thrown at you. Staying two hours overtime is normal, zero appreciation for staff. And shifts constantly changed.
