Work colleagues are awesome people

Upper management is disgusting. They hire you below your level and then get you working on higher level stuff. The amount of overwork and pressure is absolutely ridiculous. Very badly organised. Constantly understaffed and with more work being thrown at you. Staying two hours overtime is normal, zero appreciation for staff. And shifts constantly changed.

Owners have no respect for their staff.
