Pros
Good pay. nice parking lot, clean bathrooms, air conditioned break rooms,great vending machines, thirst quencher is provided for free on hot days.
Cons
17 years of my life down the toilet. Definitely a good ol' boy network running things in Leola PA, If you get a job here, you had better get your self some rental property and a side business because you will need it. Don't expect to retire from here unless you are an excellent brown nose er. Safety is a joke.
