Pros
You will be under immense pressure and get to learn a lot, any job you do after will be comparatively less bad
Cons
The work environment was stressful and often lacked professionalism. Employees were frequently expected to take on responsibilities well beyond their job descriptions without corresponding compensation or support. Communication from senior leadership could be aggressive, confrontational, and discouraging. Public criticism and pressure were common, which created anxiety rather than accountability.
In my experience, concerns were often met with blame instead of constructive problem-solving. Certain employees appeared to receive preferential treatment while others were held to different standards. Turnover was noticeably high during my time with the company, and several experienced employees left within a relatively short period.
