Pros
The leadership really cares about each and every recruiter and are always available to provide help to facilitate your success. They opt for a "crawl-walk-run" approach to training which makes the day-to-day very simple to follow and makes things feel a lot more natural. When onboarding training ends, opportunities to continue to learn and grow do not. Our weekly meetings often include a brief training on things we are collectively struggling with. The leadership is very open to change, and is always looking for ways to make our jobs as recruiters easier so we can get out and enjoy life. The leadership not only values work-life balance, but is also very flexible and understanding when life happens. Whether you're not feeling well, need a quiet place to operate, or are simply dealing with the many other challenging scenarios life throws at us, simply choose to work remote that day, letting leadership know, of course, and they'll be very understanding.
Cons
Recruiting obviously has its ups and downs, and occasionally you may have to seek out ways to break up a little monotony with your day-to-day schedule.
