- Toxic and inhumane management; - You are considered as a simple service, not an employee; - Ridiculous deadlines and absurd pressure on deliveries; - No understanding whatsoever when adapting to the company’s rhythm and the speed at which things happen; - If you are not a genius in the world of programming, this place is definitely not for you; - CEO completely crazy with ideas, a visionary with bizarre imagination; - Time tracker with recording prints of absolutely everything you do, totally invasive.
