      Pros

      Trying to make a list of pros for this company is a severe waste of paper and ink. If you're doing it on your phone, it's a waste of storage. Please avoid.

      Cons

      No work-life balance. The company does not believe in holidays or vacations. All Saturdays are working days. The only holidays assigned to employees are the 12 national holidays—nothing more. Exploitation at its finest. They will fire you at any moment because they have no idea how an organization functions.

      A company that also works on Saturdays cannot have any pros.

      Cons

      They have no idea what they are doing. The sense of job security here is negligible. Only opt for this company if one is in dire need of money.
