Pros

Leading edge technology company and fantastic growth opportunities. Increasing pace of M&A Nurture innovation (it is in company's DNA) and allow employees to promote their own ideas Great work place (location, facilities) despite poor public transport connections Good compensation (advantageous profit sharing plan) and amazing perks (social & cultural activities) in France Depending on your organization department, work time and management pressure is good, acceptable or horrible Talented and passionate people; intellectually stimulating

Cons

Despite worldwide activity, too much French centric and French work culture (meeting-holics, difficult to make decisions, arrogant). Need more multicultural management to become a true global group. No Human Resources strategy - top management is far far away from level of expectation for such a performing and innovating company facing so many challenges. Top-down approach, no listening and lack of care. Top managers are very well rewarded, but profits less distributed to employees (CEO is usually within the top 3 highest compensation in France) Incredibly poor project management: unbelievable in an engineers' company. Lack of consideration or service for customers; too much focused on internal challenges. Wishing so hard to be unique and ahead of competitors tends sometimes to stupid behaviors and wasted resources.

Pros

This is a good place to get experience if you're interested in Aerospace, IT, Automotive, CAD, Engineering space. There are opportunities to learn and advance your career if you make the right connections.

Cons

Management is very unorganized due to constant shift in priorities. Be prepared to have a new manager assigned quarterly which will impact expectations for performance evaluations. This is a French company that manages business entities around the world. The US and French management are very disconnected. If you are assigned a manager who is based overseas, you will absolutely have a difficult time and minimal work life balance.
