Even though Dassault Systemes overall has good hikes and policies compared to other companies, since 2022, there have been several hiring freezes, travel cuts, and expenditure cuts on cultural activities and annual gifts. There are rumors of layoffs. At the moment, the company is not doing great, which has also affected the yearly hike. They have also started making the work from home policy less flexible and the office work hours a bit more rigid. It's almost as if the policies are purposely being made a little annoying, so that people choose to leave the company. It's still not as bad as many other companies.
