DCI is a collaborative environment. There is a common purpose to create a positive experience for our valued customers. Our President and management lead by example. I feel valued and my work is recognized. It’s easy to get help for my customers. Projects are completed efficiently with little disruption to our clients. We don’t say, “that’s not my job” here. We take ownership in our client successes. We work hard and play hard.

Because DCI is a smaller, independently owned shop, we don’t always have the recognition as the legitimate competitor that we are.

Many people stay at this company for a great many years - several who have worked for them for > 10 years!

The pay might be lower than other locations - but the trade-off is stability!
