Pros
If you make the mistake of joining you will find out how awful this company is. No, nothing to add here.
Cons
We are given vague, placating emails from the CEO about "cash flow hiccups" or "bank processing delays" or any number of vague nonsense reasons for not paying us on time. Meanwhile it is common for the CEO to take some of his choice boot polishers to marketing events in various international locations. All the travel, hotels, fine dining etc is done of course on the company dime. These are the same people who keep getting promoted despite being utterly useless and incompetent. Because they know how to please the CEO and stroke his narcissistic ego. Not a single rupee of revenue has ever been generated through these events. This is all for enjoyment. To rub even more salt, the CEO "expects" you to like and/or repost those pictures and posts on LinkedIn. Even I have had to do that - I want to keep this job for now until I can get out of this miserable organization. I am actively looking for a new job and would caution anyone considering an offer here. Unless you are a master boot polisher looking for a free vacation, steer clear. The constant financial anxiety and toxic culture are not worth the paycheck—when it eventually arrives.
