Excellent onboarding process and project training .

The position is project based , and the company is so excellent to work for, I wish the nature of the work was not seasonal.

Beautiful building, high walled cubes provide more privacy.

Upper management has no concept of what the employees actually do. Some of the supervisors are incredibly volatile and are well known for being difficult to work with. HR plays favorites heavily, and regularly refuses to document reports against certain members of staff; instead choosing to go to the person being reported to tell them. There is ZERO anonymity if reporting harassment or abuse.
