Pros
With DA you can work the hours that suit you best. If you want to work 10 hours a day and earn good money you can, but also, if you want to bolster your income with an hour a day, that's available too. Alongside that, the tasks are very varied to keep you interested and it's certainly a meritocracy, the better your work, the more you can earn.
Cons
At times the dashboard can become a bit dry, meaning there isn't a plethora of tasks for you to complete that day, restricting your earning potential.
