      Pros

      Datacom is a run place to work, they try to keep it lively, there are always things happening and the people are generally welcoming and nice.

      Cons

      You'll be paid minimum wage or just above it and that doesn't get much better if you head into lower management which is near impossible.

      Pros

      It was good work and I put my 100% into working for this company

      Cons

      Wouldn't recommend anyone to work for them based on the bad experience that happen with them breaking bargaining contract and ruining my family's life. Wish I followed advice from there Google reviews before getting a job, they are spot on with how the owner runs it

      Good people Work was well spreadout never really got busy or stressful Learnt a lot

      Cons

      Management was non existent and poor Career growth is very minimal, they do not factor in experience and loyalty to a company
