Pros
There's no politics here. Everyone is working hard and learning from each other. People help each other's projects cross functionally, and really try to help each other succeed. The thing I love the most about here is that there's an easy going atmosphere and you're not on your toes thinking about what you've done wrong. You can make jokes, talk about things openly, and you don't have to guess other people's hidden agenda. The leaders are very generous and nurturing. They allow you to take on projects and give you opportunities to grow. I rarely hear them say: no you cannot do that. Usually, if you propose a plan to help the company, you'll get a : yeah, go for it. The teammates are all very smart. Lots of Ph.Ds, masters degree, from engineering background. You'll never get bored. They have a great sense of humor and you learn new things every day. The food here is better than at Google's. It's not cafeteria lunch with bunch of chicken and baked vegetables. Everyone actually takes turn to order what they like to eat for lunch.
Cons
The office space is getting smaller as the team is getting bigger. But they're working on getting more space.
