Pros

There's nothing good about that place.

Cons

The CIO childhood trauma has led to a pattern of using power to disrespect others and frequently using inappropriate language. The HR department seems content to cut salaries and undermine employees. The CTO excessive ego prevents him from acknowledging his team's contributions. He often provides misinformation and consistently uses negative language to criticize completed work, such as saying, "You have done nothing." Here are more cons to consider: Mental Health: A toxic work environment can lead to stress, anxiety, and depression, severely impacting your mental well-being. Physical Health: Chronic stress from a toxic workplace can cause physical health issues like headaches, insomnia, and high blood pressure. Career Stagnation: In such settings, personal and professional growth is often stunted due to a lack of support and development opportunities. Burnout: Constant negativity and pressure can lead to burnout, making it difficult to maintain productivity and enthusiasm for work. Toxic Culture Spread: Being in a toxic environment can negatively influence your own behavior and attitudes, potentially spreading toxicity to others. Reputation Risk: Associating with a toxic workplace can harm your professional reputation, making it harder to find better opportunities in the future.

Pros

Bonne expérience pour progresser techniquement.

Cons
