Terrible cronyism and nepotism. Managers don’t follow policies when it comes to employee harassment and bullying and just protect their friends. Unequal treatment of staff where some are given a royalty treatment (roles/promotions created, lavish expenses, recognition/celebration) and others are not even given a proper farewell. Lack of diversity in senior management.
