      Driven by dogma that is not technically based; insists on Javascript as the sole programming language for automation; have an architecture that forces 15-30 minutes to run a single-line SQL statement (like, select the time of day).

      * The engineering team is incredibly strong and has built an industry leading platform * Very collaborative cross departmental teams * Fosters ideation at all levels of the company to improve the business * Incredibly positive work environment across all divisions * White hot space with continued massive upside * Awesome location in downtown SF

      * Has kept people too long ( in the past) that haven't performed.
