Pros
- Nice people - Empathic and understanding leadership - High flexibility - work hours and work from home - Young environment (most colleagues are between 20-30) - Good for a first job or a career change It is a chill, non-demanding environment if this is what you are looking for. There is no micromanagement - you are expected to do things as best you can.
Cons
- Not a lot of experienced people to learn from. Almost everyone is junior. - No guidance from leadership. You do what you see fit most of the time - There is high tension between the teams sometimes. Open communication does not happen. - Salaries can be better -No security. Most people are expected to work on Zivno and there were several rounds of layoffs already.
