The company makes money thanks solely to the work domain experts do, yet management rarely makes decisions that improve DE workflow or make DEs happy. The new bro culture is hurting the department, as the domain expert role should be filled by individuals with, above all, excellent language skills, which recent bro hires absolutely do not have.
