Pros
Competitive pay, new place every week you're working, great people and familial culture, reimbursements for everything 5 days/week (mileage to/from airport, rental car and gas at location, food, phone, etc.), working with a new group of people every week.
Cons
Contractual position paid on a per-day-working basis, so work and a paycheck is not GUARANTEED every week, however the vast majority of time if you want/need work you will be working. You DO live out of a suitcase, so if that isn't a life that suits you then this isn't a job for you.
