Datasys is a great resource for me as an ETL developer. I like traveling so I prefer to do contract work and Datasys always has several job opportunities lined up for me when my contract comes close to completion.
The things I like about working for Datasys is they always find me a great rate, and they'll take me onto their W2 so I'm eligible for health benefits through their company which contract work on its own doesn't get me.
Cons
Sometimes I feel like the recruiters at Datasys send me out on job interviews that are a little intimidating. I'm glad they think I'm up to the challenge, but sometimes I'd prefer a contract that i can just coast through, I'd trade that for a little less money.
