Pros
Unlimited Earning Potential if your stats are good and you make the SPIFs every day. Small, tight knit office, treated mostly like a human being without typical call center fascism. The top collectors bring in about 40k/month at 9.00/hr base+3%+/- commission on that 40k, so around 30-40k/yr.
Cons
Minor opportunities for improvement and feedback. I guess a 90 day probationary period is really 30 days. Never formally met the owner, but he seems to run a tight ship. Trying to get money out of deadbeats in a broke state is lots of fun.
