- Very international company - Growth potential for mid-level engineers to senior or team leading positions - Flexibility as a working culture

- Very particular technology niche where there is not much room for variety - Middle layer management taking over too many project decisions

Higher management is approachable, listens to reason. Salaries usually are above the avg pay grade. (But not way too above) Small group of software engineers and architects, who has the "can do anything" attitude :) Less politics than a typical IT company.

HR team had to be more pro-active. They do their thing after a reminder or something. But that's fine. Employees deserve more salaries or bonuses although it's above pay grade.
