Great Company - Anonymous employee Datum RPO Employee Review

There is one good thing about this company, which is flexible working. There are only two days a week where people are supposed to work in the office, but a lot of people also seem to work from home more.

The details for this company are wrong. Raymond Pugh is not the CEO. The company is owned by Staffline. The wages are poor and there is no chance they will get better. You're not going to go anywhere working here that's for sure. Fine if you have no ambition and are happy to just do the same thing all the time. Most people here are unhappy and complain to each other a lot. I think they stay because they can work from home often. Directors clearly don't care about the staff and hardly ever speak to anyone on the rare times they come to the office. If you want a career, look elsewhere.

1. Everything! The people are all super nice and friendly, probably because we are all treated with respect. Great benefits including the chill out area and shower facilitates. Management really take the time to talk to everyone and listen to opinions. Training budget is great and you are encouraged to use it. 2. Additional great location, on the canal great for walking, running during lunch and free parking.

Coffee was horrible, so pleased with the new machines with fresh ground coffee.
