Pros
Great startup environment. Besides being a really nice place to work at, Datylon fully supports diversity, equity, and inclusion. Fully international vibe with employees from different cultures and backgrounds. The management team definitely knows what they're doing! And on top of that, the company is located next to the botanical garden (as of 2022), which makes it really nice if you want to get a break.
Cons
One might consider the office to be a bit small and "dark" but you can get used to it.
