Very talented group of maintenance workers who are currently understaffed. Workers who typically care and take pride in the work they do.
Cons
The salaried vs. hourly attitude somehow has to be eradicated, must be more of a team effort. The work/life balance is non existent, too many mandatory weekends for people with families.
